Simple yet very delicious onion paratha also known as pyaz ke parathe is one of popular Punjabi breakfast recipe which tastes just amazing with some yogurt.

wheat flour

green chili
chopped
a pinch asafetida
1
teaspoon
carom seeds
1/2
teaspoon
turmeric powder

tablespoon
coriander leaves
chopped
salt to taste
2
tablespoon
ghee or oil
water as required
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add all ingredients except water, knead a smooth dough using enough water.
Make medium-sized 8 balls from the dough. Roll each ball into a round paratha.
Cook on tava from both sides using ghee or oil.
Serve hot with pickle, curd or tea
