Ingredients

cumin powder

teaspoon
garam masala

teaspoon
red chili powder
salt to taste

ghee or oil
water as required
Instructions
Bring a cup of water to a boil and add green peas in it. Let it boil for 2 minutes more.
Drain the water and let the peas cool for a few minutes. Once cooled pure the peas.
In a pan add a teaspoon of ghee or oil whatever you are using. Add cumin seeds and asafetida followed by ginger garlic paste and green chilli.
Stir for a minute and then add salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala.
Add in the peas puree and saute for a minute. Remove from heat, set aside to cool.
In a mixing bowl add flour and peas puree, knead a smooth dough. Add a little bit of water if required.
Make medium-sized 8 balls from the dough. Roll each ball into a round paratha.
Cook on tava from both sides using ghee or oil.
Serve hot with pickle, curd or tea.
Notes
You may add yogurt instead of water to knead the dough.
