vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 190 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl sift coconut flour, corn starch, and baking soda.
In another mixing bowl whisk coconut oil and sugar. Add in coconut milk, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
Mix to combine and make a cookie dough out of the mixture. Add in chocolate chips or sprinkles whatever you are using.
Pinch out small balls from the dough and flatten to make the cookies. Arrange them on the baking tray.
Bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, cool and store in an airtight container.
