porridge oats

almond meal
1/4
cup
whole wheat flour

tablespoon
maple syrup
1/4
cup
applesauce
1/4
cup
almond milk
1/4
cup
raisins
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1/2
teaspoon
baking soda
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add oatmeal, almond meal, and whole wheat flour, baking soda and salt and give it a nice stir.
Add in applesauce, vanilla extract, and almond and mix well until all the ingredients combined.
Stir in raisins into the mixture and mix again.
Make small balls from the cookie dough and arrange them on the prepared baking tray.
Gently flatten all of the cookies balls with hands or back of the spoon.
Bake in preheated oven for about 15 to 17 minutes or until golden.
Remove from oven and let the cookies cool down before serving.
Store in airtight containers. Serve and enjoy.
Notes
You may use chocolate chips instead of raisins to make them kids friendly.
