Pomegranate Raita

Very tasty and healthy raita made with fresh pomegranate seeds and homemade yogurt. This makes a perfect condiment to pair with saatvik falaari recipes.

almond or soy yogurt,
or regular greek style

cup
fresh pomegranate pearls
2
tablespoon
coriander leaves,
chopped
1
green chilli,
chopped
1/2
teaspoon
red chilli powder
1
teaspoon
roasted cumin powder
1
teaspoon
amchoor powder
salt to taste
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add yogurt and whisk it with a hand whisk.
Add rest of the ingredients except pomegranate and mix well. Refrigerate and add the pomegranate pearls right before serving.
Serve chilled and enjoy.
Notes
You may also add some fresh chopped mint leaves for extra refreshing taste.
