almonds,

cashew nuts,
chopped

cup
pistachio,
chopped
1/2

walnuts,
chopped
1/4
cup
unsalted butter
1/2
cup
sugar

tablespoon
ghee
1/4
cup
thandai powder
silver leaf to decorate
Instructions
Grease a rectangle baking tray with ghee or butter and set aside.
In a heavy bottom, saucepan add milk powder and butter. Let it cook on medium heat until it starts thickening.
Once thickened completely remove the khoya from heat and set aside.
In the same pan add ghee and start roasting the milk powder khoya until it starts changing the color
Add in sugar and dry fruits, thandai masala and cook on low to medium heat until the whole mixture starts binding.
Transfer the mixture into a prepared sheet and spread it evenly. Decorate with silver leaf and let it sit for a few hours.
Cut into desired shape and store in airtight containers in the refrigerator.
Notes
Adjust the sugar as per your taste.
You may add the nuts of your choice.
