Ingredients

plain flour
3/4
cup
almond milk
1/4
cup
sunflower oil
+ more for frying
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1/4
cup
demerara sugar
1
teaspoon
baking powder
1
teaspoon
apple cider vinegar
1/2
cup
cinnamon sugar
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add almond milk, sunflower oil, apple cider, sugar and vanilla extract. Give it a nice stir.
Add in flours and baking powder and mix well until it forms a dough.
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Make 16 balls from the dough.
Roll each dough into a round ball and make an indentation ion the center.
Fry in hot oil until golden and crisp from both sides.
Remove from oil and coat in cinnamon sugar. Serve and enjoy.
Notes
You may also make slightly bigger donuts instead of minis.
If you want you can add some fruit juice instead of almond milk.
