clarified butter

cardamom powder

almonds,
sliced

cashew nuts,
chopped

raisins
sugar as per taste
Instructions
Heat ghee in a pressure cooker and add grated carrots. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add in milk cream and cook for 2 whistles. Let the pressure release naturally.
Open the pressure cooker lid and transfer the carrots in a wide open heavy bottom pan and add sugar.
Cook on high heat, stirring continuously until all the moisture from sugar absorbs.
Add in cardamom powder, almonds, cahsewnuts, and raisins. Remove from heat and serve warm.
Notes
I added a quarter cup of sugar in my halwa. Adjust sugar as per your taste.
