To serve
vegan vanilla ice cream as desired
Instructions
In a double boiler melt the chocolate and mix until it is lump free. Keep a little bit chopped chocolate aside for topping.
Into the melted chocolate bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla, oil, and milk. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
Transfer the batter to the prepared baking tray. Add the remaining chopped chocolates on top.
Bake in preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
Serve with vegan vanilla ice cream.
Notes
You may add chopped pecans or walnuts to the brownie to make it more delicious.
