Ingredients

Rooster Potatoes

olive oil
salt to taste

teaspoon
dried rosemary
1
teaspoon
dried thyme
Instructions
Wash and scrub the potatoes and cut into big cubes or chunks.
Bring a saucepan of water on heat and let it boil. Add salt and potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200° for about 10 minutes.
In a roasting tray add olive oil, salt, and herbs and put it in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes or until the oil starts bubbling.
Drain the water and carefully transfer the potatoes to a prepared roasting tray.
Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes or until potatoes is golden and crispy.
Serve and enjoy.
Notes
You may add fresh and or dried herbs of your choice.
