In a heavy bottom pan add the wheat flour and ghee, start roasting on low to medium heat.
Keep roasting and stirring on low heat until the flour is light brown or a roasting smell comes out from it.
In another pan add water and sugar, let it boil and cook for 5 minutes. Add cardamom powder in it.
Once the flour is roasted add the hot water and let it cook on low until all the moisture evaporates.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
Notes
Don't roast the flour on high heat.Adjust the sugar as per your taste and preferences.Normally the proportions of wheat flour, ghee and sugar is 1:1:1 to get the best results.
