For dressing

salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients for salad in a mixing bowl.
Mix all the ingredients for dressing in a bowl and drizzle over the salad just before serving.
Serve and enjoy.
Notes
You may use any other salad leaves instead of spinach.
