A colorful and delicious smoothie made with different fruits and vegetables. Thia is the easiest, healthy and nutritious breakfast when you re in a hurry.
In a blender pulse each fruit separately with a banana, a cup of milk, a quarter cup of yogurt and 2 dates.
Serve individually or pour in a bowl one color after the other and top with desired toppings.
Notes
I did not basically follow the rainbow colors only used what ingredient I had in my hand.I did not get the desired result for violet as I used pomegranate and pears. Use your imagination to get the desired colors. Add your favorite toppings to make the smoothie more filling.
