green chilli,

ginger,

dried red chillies

coriander powder
rock salt to taste

teaspoon
garam masala

tablespoon
ghee
few coriander leaves,
chopped
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add buckwheat flour, buttermilk, and salt. Whisk to combine a smooth batter.
Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, dried red chillies, and ginger. Saute for a minute.
Stir in buckwheat batter, water, coriander powder, green chilies and cook on simmer for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes cook it on medium heat and keep an eye as the kadhi might rise from pan.
Turn off the heat, add garam masala, coriander leaves and serve warm with samak ki khichdi.
Notes
Adjust spices as per your taste.
Keep an eye and stir in between to avoid burning in the center of the pan.
