buckwheat groats

green chilli,
chopped

teaspoon
ginger,
grated
1
teaspoon
cumin seeds
1
teaspoon
rock salt
1/4
teaspoon
garam masala,
optional
1/2
teaspoon
amchoor powder
1/4
cup
coriander leaves,
chopped
1/4
cup
peanuts
2
tablespoon
ghee/clarified butter
water as required
Instructions
Wash and soak the buckwheat groats in 2 cups water for about 20 minutes.
Cook in 2 cups of water for about 20 minutes. Drain the excess water and set aside.
In a pan dry roast the peanuts until roasted. Remove and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add
ghee
, cumin seeds, and ginger and saute for a minute.Add green chillies, salt, coriander powder, amchoor and garam masala.
Stir and add roasted peanuts and cooked buckwheats groats. Mix well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes more.
Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
Add more or less water as per your desired consistency.
