cardamom powder

sugar

ghee for shallow frying
Instructions
Trim the sides of bread piece and cut in any shape of triangle or square (as you want).
Make sugar syrup by adding sugar in water and cardamom powder,let it boil for some time and keep aside.
Heat milk in a pan, add condensed milk ,cardamom powder and bring to boil.
Add saffron strands and cook till it becomes thick or reduced to 1/4 of the original.
Shallow fry bread pieces in clarified butter and dip in sugar syrup for some time. Remove in a plate add a spoonful of milk rabdi on each bread.
Garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
