mango puree

lemon juice
sparkling water as required
To serve
few ice cubes
orange peels and slices
mango slices
Instructions
In a pitcher add orange juice, mango puree, lemon juice, and ice cubes. Shake and transfer it to serving glasses.
Add sparkling water, some more ice cubes, and garnish with orange peel and mango slices.
Serve and enjoy.
Notes
Make sure to add some sugar if your mango puree is not sweeter.
Adding ice is purely optional you can totally avoid it.
Assemble the orange fizz when you are ready to serve to get the best flavors.
Likewise you can make fizz with blood oranges, satsuma, or any other fruit of your choice.
