Boil enough water with a pinch of salt in a pan, add soya granules, stir for 1 minute and squeeze out from the water.Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan or wok, add Asafetida and cumin seeds.stir and add ginger-garlic-onion paste
Let it cook until golden in colour.
Now add all spices and salt, stir in and add tomato paste followed by green chilly paste.Cook for 1 minute.
Add peas in it, let it cook till peas are tender and oil comes out from edges.It may take 10-15 minutes.
Add squeezed soya granules, mix with peas masala and cook for few minutes.
Remove from heat, add chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with Rice, Chapati or bread.

Blend one onion, 4 garlic cloves and a small piece of ginger to make the paste.
Don't let soya granules in water for a long time.
You can use boiled peas instead of fresh ones, in that case, cook them only for 5 minutes and then add soya granules.
Peas can be replaced with any vegetable of your choice.
