Ingredients

peanut butter

maple syrup or honey

teaspoon
vanilla extract

rice crispies

dark chocolate,
chopped

tablespoon
coconut oil
Instructions
Line a square baking tin with parchment paper and set aside.
In a saucepan add peanut butter and honey or maple syrup and cook for 2 minutes just until it melts.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Add rice crispies into the peanut butter mixture and mix well until combined.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking tray and press gently with a spatula.
Let it set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler.
Spread the chocolate on top of peanut butter rice crisps layer or alternatively cut bars and dip them in chocolate and arrange on a tray.
Store in refrigerator. Serve and enjoy.
Notes
Store the leftovers in freezer safe bowls.
