Spice Powders:

teaspoon
turmeric powder
1
teaspoon
coriander powder
1
teaspoon
red chilly powder
1
teaspoon
dried mango powder
1
teaspoon
garam masala powder
salt to taste

oil
Instructions
Mix all the dry spices and salt in a bowl and keep aside.
Wash and pat dry okra with the kitchen towel.
Slit Vertically from the centre and fill the masala in it with the spoon. Repeat the same with remaining okra and green chilly.
Heat oil in a pan and add the stuffed okra. Stir-fry for 20-25 minutes till the okra becomes tender and crispy.
Stir ocassionally to avoid sticking at the bottom of the pan.
Serve hot with roti or paratha.

Adjust the spices as per your taste preferences.
Make sure to wash and pat dry the okra.
Mango powder helps to remove the gluey texture of okra, don't skip it.
You can also stuff small baby onions and add them to the dish.
