cooked

red onion,
cubed

tomatoes,
cubed

medium sized cucumber,
cubed

potatoes,
boiled and cubed

green chilli,
chopped

tablespoon
lemon juice

teaspoon
roasted cumin powder

teaspoon
amchoor powder
1
teaspoon
red chilli powder
salt to taste

coriander leaves,
chopped
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add the cooked black eyed peas.
Stir in all the chopped vegetables and spices. Toss well and drizzle in the lemon juice.
Add chopped coriander leaves, serve and enjoy.
