soya keema

cooked chickpeas,
I used cooked black beans

onion,
chopped

teaspoon
cumin powder

teaspoon
coriander powder

teaspoon
paprika
salt to taste

peppercorn,
crushed

olive oil,
extra virgin

cup
coriander leaves,
chopped
To serve
few
lettuce leaves
sliced cucumbers
sliced tomatoes
sliced onions

yougurt,

Instructions
Heat 2 tablespoon olive oil in a pan and saute onions for few minutes.
Stir in soya keema and add all the seasonings. Mix well and add cooked chickpeas/beans and coriander leaves.
Let the mixture cool a little bit. Once cooled make patties and shallow fry them on a non-stick tava using the remaining olive oil.
Toast the burger buns and arrange layers of vegetables, olives, patties and yoghurt.
Serve and enjoy.
Notes
You may also add herbs in the yoghurt to make it a more flavorful sauce for burgers.
