Super delicious and filling spaghetti with sun dried tomatoes in garlic tomato sauce.

sun dried tomatoes

cup
cherry tomatoes,
halved
1
onion,
chopped
2
garlic cloves,
chopped
1
teaspoon
basil
1
teaspoon
oregano
1
teaspoon
rosemary
1
teaspoon
red chilly flakes
salt to taste
pepper to taste

olive oil
Instructions
Cook pasta as per package instructions. Drain and wash it under cold running water. Toss with a little oil and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan and add onions and garlic. Saute for a minute.
Add chopped sun dried tomatoes and stir for few minutes.
Finally add chopped tomatoes, basil, oregano, rosemary, red chilly flakes, salt and pepper. Cook until tomatoes are done.
Stir in cooked spaghetti and toss well. Season with more salt and pepper if desired.
Serve and enjoy.
Notes
Add fresh basil and oregano for a more intense flavour.
