Ingredients

blueberry,
fresh
sugar to taste
juice of two lemons
water as required

ice cubes
To top
few mint leaves
lemon slices
Instructions
In a saucepan add
blueberries
with sugar and 1/2 cup of water. Cook covered for 10 minutes or until blueberries are soft.
Cool the blueberry mixture. Pulse in a blender and using a strainer take out all the pulp and extract from the mixture.
In a glass jug add the strained blueberry pulp, lemon juice, water and ice cubes. Mix with a spatula or spoon.
Pour into serving glasses. Top with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices.
Serve and enjoy.
Notes
You can use frozen blueberries to make the lemonade.
