For Syrup

sugar

water

drops lemon juice
For Cake

baking powder

can / 400g condensed milk
1
cup
yogurt

tablespoons
olive oil

fine semolina
1
teaspoon
lemon juice
zest of one lemon
To garnish
desiccated coconut
almonds
sliced
pistachios
sliced
Instructions
In a saucepan add sugar and water. Cook for 10 minutes. Add lemon juice and make a syrup of honey-like consistency. Let the syrup cool.
Grease a square baking tray with oil.
In a mixing bowl add condensed milk, yogurt, and olive oil. Whisk to combine.
Add semolina, baking powder, lemon juice, and zest. Whisk again to combine all the ingredients.
Pour it in the greased baking tray. Bake the cake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden.
Remove from the oven and pour the cool syrup over the warm cake.
Sprinkle garnish of your choice.
Slice and serve. Enjoy
