I tasted this for the first time in Udipi and I was bowled over by the taste and later made it for ICC. Your mangalore buns looks so good Sapana.

I had planned to make these for my M, but then changed to Masala pori. Buns looks soft and fluffy and must have tasted delicious with that spicy chutney

Every time I see Mangalore buns on a fellow bloggers site, I think I should make these and then forget. The Mangalore buns look so tempting. I was wondering whether they would taste too sweet but your suggestion of serving with a chutney or saag is good.
