Sapana I usually prepare lauki with chana dal or with potato. I haven’t tried lauki ki sabzi with onions. Like your recipe and want to try it out. Easy to make and looks so delicious.

Love this dry curry using lauki. It seems to be so quick to prepare. A perfect side dish with some hot chapati. Adding those tomatoes must be giving a slightly tangy taste and flavor.

Bottle gourd is a happy veggie at my place and I also make a similar dry stir-fry with addition of little roasted peanut powder which adds a crunch to the curry.
