Trying this now. Not sure the cooking time shown on the recipe is right though! 2hrs 20mins!! More like 10 minutes!

Sweetcorn with tamarind sauce sounds interesting as usually mum roasts on an open flame and rub the corn with lemon, chilli and salt. I bet it must taste like sweetcorn chat.

Indian Style Masala Sweet Corn looks so delicious and it’s also my favourite but I’ve never tried it with tamarind sauce. will have to try it next time….sounds flavourful!!

Indian Style Masala Sweet Corn definitely looks very tempting. I’ve never tried sweet corn with tamarind sauce. will have to try it. Usually I add a bit of lemon, salt and chilli powder.
