Vegan Pomegranate Raita– A very tasty and refreshing raita made with fresh pomegranate pearls is a perfect side to pair with any dish.
Summers are at it’s peak here in Ireland, well we are getting the best of it I would say. So we are making all kinds of refreshing and cooling food to enjoy while we can.
Pomegranate raita is one of the easy and tasty condiment that can be served with any food.
We love to relish it as such, I mean seriously if you like yogurt you really don’t need anything. Simply grab a spoon and chilled pomegranate raita and voila enjoy the summers!
I used vegan almond yougrt to make the pomegranate raita vegan but as always if you desire use regular or greek style yogurt.
Make sure to add the pomegranate pearls while serving the raita or else they would leave extra water.

I loved the pictures and the pretty colour combination of ingredients. I haven’t tried vegan yogurt yet, I could definitely try with this recipe. Would there be a difference in taste with vegan and normal/greek yogurt?
I always like the sweetness of pomegranate in this fruity raita… Use of vegan option by using greek yogurt is an awesome idea 🙂
