These 3 ingredients carrot celery and apple juice boost the energy levels and will give you all the health benefits of juicing.
The antioxidants in the celery, the high fiber contents in the green apples and all the good things in the spinach makes the green juice a very healthy and nutritious drink.
Likewise, the oranges are a good source of dietary fiber, carrots are known for boosting the immune system and red apples helps indigestion. So overall juicing really makes a huge difference in the diet and should be done regularly.
It has been almost six months since we are beginning our day with these energy booster juices. In the starting, it all seemed hectic juicing and cleaning the juicer but later on, I kind of get habitual. Now I feel weird if I don’t press the fruits and vegetables through the juicer.
There is no particular recipe or anything like that, I mean you can use any vegetables or fruit of your choice. Sometimes I add ginger in the orange juice to add a little bit of spice.
Basic Ingredients for 3 Ingredient Energy Booster Juice
- Carrots-Orange or Red carrots.
- Celery-Fresh and clean stalks of celery.
- Apples-I prefers green and red apples both but you can make the juice with any one of them.
- Oranges-Big juice orange
- Spinach-Washed spinach leaves
How to make Energy Booster Juice?
Making juice isn’t a recipe in itself, all you need to do is wash your fruits and vegetables. Cut in pieces and make juice as per the juicer manual instructions.
So what if you want to start juicing and don’t have a juicer, worry not because now there is a way. Here is an interesting read about how to make juice without a juicer.
Serving Suggestions:
I prefer making the juice right when I am about to consume it. It is better to make it fresh. Enjoy the juice first thing in the morning followed by your favorite breakfast.

Ingredients
For Green Juice
- 4 green apples
- 350 gm celery sticks
- 500 gm spinach
For Orange Juice
- 4 oranges
- 2 Red apples
- 500 gm carrrots
Instructions
For Green Juice
- Wash and chop the apples, celery and spinach leaves.
- Press all the three ingredients for green juice through the juicer. Serve immediately.
For Orange Juice
- Peel oranges, wash and chop apples and carrots.
- Press the ingredients for orange juice through the juicer, serve and enjoy.
