I love good cookbooks but unfortunately I don’t get a good selection here and most books get ‘lost’ in the post. I’ve not tried making truffles with cake crumbs but will surely try this recipe out. Its a delicious and easy to make recipe.

Hehe… bribing kids is a part of our job, isn’t it? I have Paul Hollywood’s bread book and it is really nice, so sure that the book you are referring to would be lovely too. Wish we had libraries here to get cookbooks, it is never found… These truffles look so good, love all the coatings on them…
