I love this subzi and my boys would be so excited if I make this for them. They love baby corn. I just wish we got some fresh ones here. The canned ones just don’t taste that good.

I associate baby corn with Asian food (chinese) Here we generally only get it canned unless you go to a gourmet market like Whole Foods but this masala looks so good

Even I like baby corn but we don’t get fresh baby corn year round and I don’t like canned ones. Baby corn masala looks food and indeed a good one to serve with roti.
