Ingredients

rooster potatoes
To mix

teaspoon
dried basil
1
teaspoon
dried oregano
1
teaspoon
dried sage
1
teaspoon
dried thyme
1
teaspoon
peppercorn
crushed
1
teaspoon
paprika
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
salt to taste
2
tablespoon
olive oil
For Dip
1
cup
sour cream
1
teaspoon
above spice mix
Instructions
Wash and scrub the potatoes a couple of times.
Dry with a kitchen towel and cut wedges lengthwise.
In a small mixing bowl add all the ingredients to mix together.
Grease a baking tray with olive oil.
Rub the potatoes with the herb mixture and arrange on the baking tray in single layer.
Bake in preheated oven for about 35 minutes rotating the tray in between.
Remove from oven and serve warm.
For Dip
Mix a teaspoon of herb mixture in sour cream and stir to combine.
Serve with potato wedges.
Notes
Adjust the spices as per your taste buds.
