For Mango Layer

roughly chopped

silken tofu

soy or almond milk

For Raspberry Layer

raspberries,
fresh or frozen

banana,
roughly chopped

Instructions
For Raspberry Layer
Add all the ingredients in blender and blitz until smooth.
Pour into serving glasses and set aside.
For Mango Layer
Add all the ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth.
Pour the mango smoothie over the raspberry layer.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until use.
Notes
You may also use any seasonal favorite fruits to make the smoothie.
