Wash quinoa in water a couple of times and transfer to a saucepan with 1 cup of water.
Bring it to boil and then simmer the heat for 5 minutes.
Add in the rolled oats and milk or milk substitute and cook on simmer for another 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir cardamom powder and in the desired sweetener.
Serve in small mason jars topped with honey/maple syrup and sliced peaches.
Notes
If you like cold breakfast than keeping it in the refrigerator and serve chilled.You may add any other seasonal fruits or dried nuts of your choice for toppings.
