In a mixing bowl sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in dried seasonings and chilly flakes.
Rub in cold butter until the flour resembles bread crumbs.
Add milk and knead a smooth dough. Cover and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Divide the dough into two equal parts and roll out one part into a thin square. Cut out 2" square crackers from the sheet. Repeat the same with the second piece of dough.
Transfer the crackers o the prepared baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle more seasoning if desired.
Bake in preheated the oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden in colour.
Remove the crackers from oven and cool on wire rack. Store in air tight container.

Make the crackers in round or square or your desired shapes.
