3 Ingredients Energy Booster Juice- 2 Ways

Jump to Recipe    ||   Print Recipe

A very healthy and tasty energy booster juice to start up the day that will let you feel full and keep you energized all day.

The antioxidants in the celery, the high fiber contents in the green apples and all the good things in the spinach makes the green juice a very healthy and nutritious drink.

Likewise, the oranges are a good source of dietary fiber, carrots are known for boosting the immune system and red apples helps in digestion. So overall juicing really makes a huge difference in the diet and should be done regularly.

It has been almost six months since we are beginning our day with these energy booster juices. In the starting, it all seemed hectic juicing and cleaning the juicer but later on, I kind of get habitual. Now I feel weird if I don’t press the fruits and vegetables through the juicer.

There is no particular recipe or anything like that, I mean you can use any vegetables or fruit of your choice. Sometimes I add ginger in the orange juice to add a little bit of spice.
