Bread and Butter Pudding

A warm and delicious bread and butter pudding loaded with raisins and candied orange peels.

I had some home baked fruit loaf sitting on the counter to be used up before it would have gone stale. So I decided to make some bread and butter pudding out of it The mildly spiced fruity and nutty bread slices when soaked in butter custard and baked until golden it is just divine.

As my fruit loaf was lightly sweet I used only a tablespoon of sugar but you may use more or less as per your taste. Anyways the warm pudding inside the cosy blankets tasted just amazing and we had a nice and delicious treat after dinner.
