Spiced Carrot Soup
Spiced Carrot Soup: Warm and deliciously spiced carrot soup would make a nice and filling mini meal for these cold days. It’s Christmas eve and Holidays are going on with great enthusiasm. With all of us at home, I hardly find time to sit on my laptop and write the post. I have all the recipes ready but not getting enough time to edit the post.
So this week my theme is to cook one pot recipes and this soup is one of them under the theme. At first, I was skeptical to try the soup as I was not sure about the taste but when I tried the soup my whole family loved it. The fried ginger and ginger powder balances well with the sweetness of carrots and makes it more delicious.
