Recently it has become my comfort food. Lo likes it with a plain tempering of ghee and cumin seeds. So after feeding her I love making these kinds of comfort food which are ready in few minutes for me. This particular recipe is from BBC Food Magazine and is really amazing bursting with nice flavours and texture. Not to mention filling and healthy too.
