Jasmine tea: A healthy and flavorful hot beverage that is perfect for those cold and chilly days when you need to slurp on something warm and soothing.


My Chinese neighbor friend introduced me to some of the wonderful Chinese green teas and this health benefits.She told me how they use green teas for almost everything.They have teas for cold, cough, stomachache, pain, insomnia, digestive disorders, beauty and what not.Before moving back to China she gave me a couple of green teas.This Jasmine tea is one of them and has many health benefits.The main thing she told me about is to make sure never boil them in water and always pour hot water over the leaves while making Chinese green teas.

Dish-Jasmine Tea

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon organic jasmine tea
2 cups water
sugar candy as required

Method:
Boil water in a saucepan.Place the tea in kettle or cups.Pour boiled water over it.
Let it brew for 1 minute.
Add sugar candy and serve.

Enjoy!!

Serve-2 Prep time-10 minutes
