Marble Loaf Cake

Marble Loaf Cake ,egg free and deliciously soft vanilla and chocolate flavoured cake perfect to enjoy with tea or as such on any occasion. The recipe is from my oldie Goldie Cooking diary which has thousands of hand written and newspaper cutting recipes.

The cake was finished all at once and was praised by everyone at home. This is a keeper recipe to make an egg less marble cake. This cake is for the last week of May Month’s CCChallenge.

In a mixing bowl whisk together oil and condensed milk.Add vanilla extract and c=mix again.
In another bowl sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Make a hole in the centre of sifted flour and add the condensed milk-oil mixture.Fold in gently to combine.
