Vegetable Pad Thai
I made this dish fro Pavani’s blog and adapted the recipe as per our taste.Pavani is a wonderful blogger and a very talented photographer. All of us literally drool over her photos and loved all the recipes posted by her.Whenever I visit her blog I would scroll down the page more than 20 times to see the wonderful clicks.
The Pad Thai noodles are a combination of spicy, tangy and crunchy flavors altogether in one dish.No wonder it is the national dish and so popular.I must have tried it earlier, but I guess better late than never.I had tried the recipe three times since then and we loved it.
