Chocolate Fudge Sauce
Dish-Chocolate Fudge Sauce
6 ounce/170 gm dark chocolate or chocolate chips
1/2 cup powdered sugar’
2 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream or half n half
a pinch of kosher salt
In a microwave safe bowl add chocolate chunks or chips and microwave on high for1 minute or until melted completely.
In a bowl add butter , sugar salt and heavy cream.Cook for few minutes.
Add the melted chocolate and vanilla extract.
Remove from heat .Let it cool and store in glass jar.
Stays fresh for 2 weeks in refrigerator.
Serve-8 Cooking time-10 minutes
