Spaghetti Aligo e Olio
Dish-Spaghetti Aligo Oilo
1/2 package/8 oz spaghetti pasta
4-5 garlic cloves,minced
1 teaspoon red chilly flakes
kosher salt to taste
1/4 cup parsley ,chopped
6 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Boil water in a pan and add the pasta with kosher salt and a teaspoon of olive oil.
Cook till pasta is tender .Drain the excess water and run the pasta under tap water in a colander.
Drizzle pasta with some olive oil and set aside.
Heat 4 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan .Addthe minced garlic and suate till golden in color.
Now add the spaghetti and red chilly flakes.Stir and add 1/4 cup of water strained from pasta.
Cook until all water is absorbed .Add chopped parsley leaves and stir well until combined.
Serve hot .
