Avocado Smoothie

A few days back I made this smoothie and it is a very healthy and chocolaty way to start your day. I am now loving avocados and start using them every now and then in my cooking.

While reading the health benefits of avocados I found out that it’s better to use them fresh instead of cooking. So I made this quick and easy smoothie from avocados and chocolate.

And the interesting thing is my daughter couldn’t even guess the presence of avocado in it and finished all without hesitation. So let’s start the recipe.yum

Ingredients:
2 cup milk
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 avocado, chopped
1 tablespoon sugar

Method:
Blend all ingredients in the blender and pour in serving glasses.
Serve chilled.

Serve-3. Prep time-10 minutes
