While reading the health benefits of avocados I found out that it’s better to use them fresh instead of cooking. So I made this quick and easy smoothie from avocados and chocolate.
And the interesting thing is my daughter couldn’t even guess the presence of avocado in it and finished all without hesitation. So let’s start the recipe.yum
2 cup milk
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 avocado, chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
Blend all ingredients in the blender and pour in serving glasses.
