Carrot Chips

For the third day of cooking with food stubs ,I made carrot chips. I was a little skeptical to try these chips , wondering about the taste.So I tried with one carrot only. But they tasted nice and crispy.Next time I am gonna try with more carrots as my daughter loved these crispy munchies.However the first time my carrots got burned so I kept watching them in my second attempt. So let’s start the recipe.yum

Ingredients:
2 large carrots
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon peppercorn powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.Wash and peel the carrots.
Using a knife cut carrots into thinly slice round or oval shape.
Place the carrot slices in a bowl ,add olive oil ,peppercorn and salt.
Lay the carrots in a single layer on a cookie sheet .
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the carrots are dry and crisp.
Keep an eye in the end to avoid burning.
Enjoy!!

Serve -1. Prep time-15 minutes
