2 large carrots
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon peppercorn powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.Wash and peel the carrots.
Using a knife cut carrots into thinly slice round or oval shape.
Place the carrot slices in a bowl ,add olive oil ,peppercorn and salt.
Lay the carrots in a single layer on a cookie sheet .
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the carrots are dry and crisp.
Keep an eye in the end to avoid burning.
