Ras Malai | How to make Ras Malai
200 gm Chenna
2 tablespoon all purpose flour/maida
2 liter full fat milk
4 cup sugar
Water as required
In a bowl rub Chenna with flour and make flat round balls from it.
Boil 2 cup sugar in 2 cup water . Gently add the Chenna balls in it and let it boil for 10 minutes. Add 1/2 cup cold water and boil again for 5 minutes.
In another pan make a sugar syrup with 1 cup sugar and 2 cup water. Keep the rassgulla in this sugar syrup.
Now heat a heavy bottom pan , boil milk and add crushed cardamom in it. Cook it slowly with frequent stirring till it started thickening .Add remaining sugar in it and mix well.
Add sliced pistachios in it. Cool it and add squeezed rasgullas.
