For CCC#8 May month third week I prepared this simple and filling sandwich from somewhere I read .CCChallenge is the innovation of +Srivalli Jetti in which we have to cook any dish from cook book , news paper etc . and post it on every weekend of the month. I am joining the challenge after two months and it’s good to be back. This is very easy and healthy sandwich to accompanied with tea. So se start the recipe . Yum

1/2 cup chickpea , boiled
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
4 garlic cloves
2-3 green chillies
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Few coriander leaves , chopped

8 sandwich bread
2 teaspoon butter

Blend all the ingredients together adding a little water if required.
Keep refrigerated till further use.
Take one slice of bread and apply a tablespoon of hummus over it.
Toast it with other slice of bread and cook on griddle pan or non stick tawa using butter. Repeat the same with other slices .
Slice and serve hot with tea.
