A simple and traditional preparation from yoghurt and Cucumber accompanied by any main course dish which enhance the flavor twice.Cucumbers have ninth percent water and plenty of vitamins, when combined with yoghurt which is also rich in nutrients , acts as a savor in summer. Ready to eat in few minutes and gives tempeting effect to taste buds.So let’s start the recipe.yum
2 cup yoghurt / curd
1 cup grated cucumber
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder
1/2 teaspoon dried/fresh mint leaves
1/2 teaspoon rock salt
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon curry leaves (optional)
Take yoghurt in a bowl , whisk or blend with hand blender.
Add all spices and salt. Mix well
Now add grated cucumber , stir in and add curry leaves.
Pour in serving bowl and enjoy with main course.
